- Access for 32 tonne lorry with mounted crane (and trailer if multiple units)
- Mains water – 240v, 32 amp, 3 pin blue socket or 5kva plus generator
- 15mm water pipe or water tank and pump
- Main sewage outlet – 4″ waste pipe or waste holding tank
- Competent person to connect utilities
