- Access for 22 tonne lorry with mounted crane (and trailer if multiple units)
- Mains water – 15mm water pipe or water tank and pump
- 32 amp, 3 pin blue socket or 5kva plus generator
- Main sewage outlet – 2″ waste pipe or waste holding tank
- Propane gas bottle(s)
- Competent person to connect utilities
